LEASING AND INDIVIDUAL FEES
Can I lease online?
Leasing online is easy. Simply complete the online application, or contact us to request a paper copy. Everything is on a first-come, first serve basis and our apartment homes lease up quickly. It is important for you to provide us payment of the application fees along with your application.
LEASE TERM AND RENTAL INSTALLMENTS
How long is the lease agreement?
We offer various lease terms. Please inquire for availability.
How do I pay the rent?
Rent is due on the 1st and is late after the 10th. For your convenience, you can pay online, bring your payment by the office during normal office hours. For your safety, we do not accept cash. Please arrange to make payments by personal check, money order or bank cashier’s check. A convenience fee will be applied to all online credit card rent payments.
What if I bounce a check?
There is a returned check charge (as outlined in your lease) for any checks not honored. You’ll need to bring in a cashier’s check or money order for the appropriate amount.
What do I pay before moving in?
Typically, residents pay all fees, deposits and the first rent installment before move-in day. Your lease application contains a specific list of everything you need.
PARKING
Where are my guests allowed to park?
We have a gated parking garage right next door. Please inquire for daily parking rates.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
Do I need insurance?
Personal loss and damages are not covered under apartment lease agreements. We require you to purchase renter’s insurance, which is typically inexpensive. For your convenience and benefit, we can introduce you to the team at Multifamily Insurance Partners. MFIP is an independent insurance expert with over 15 years working exclusively with renters and can help you find a quality, customized policy that meets all of your lease requirements.
Can I paint my apartment?
It’s fine to express yourself via custom paint colors, though you need to have the color approved by management and a fee will be charged at move-out to return your walls to their original color.
